Diamondback Jeep Tour

Lil Rattler Jeep Tour

This trail may be a lil’ less extreme then the Diamondback, but it will still rattle you up!  Head on out and view picturesque landscapes and open vistas as you make your way over big boulders and rocky roads—it’s sure to please all ages.

Red Rock West Jeep Tour

Relax and unwind on this moderate jeep ride in the heart of Dry Creek Basin. This trail will surely amaze you as make your way through the floor of the canyon. On the 2 hour tour, stop off at the historic Van Deren Cabin and listen to stories of its past. Orange, pink and red hues are cast on the rocks at sunset time, making this an unforgettable experience.

Mogollon Rim Jeep Tour

Travel back in time, and up in elevation, on the old wagon road the pioneers used. Take in panoramic views as you meander your way to an elevation of 7,500 feet, where you can gaze, awestruck, at the vast landscape of Sedona. This trail is a photographers dream—used in many of the movies filmed here—and sure to give you a bird’s eye view of our majestic rock formations.

Note: During Winter months the Forest Service closes part of this trail due to weather. Please call us regarding availability if booking between December and April. The hour and a half version of this trail is The Pioneer Trail, which remains open through the winter.

The Pioneer Trail Jeep Tour

Head up a historic dirt road to 5,500 feet in elevation where a new view awaits you at every turn. Stop and enjoy the vistas surrounding you at the popular Merry-go-Round rock. Photographs are phenomenal from this scenic area.

The Outlaw Jeep Tour

Leave the driving to us as you relax and take in the majestic views of the western canyons. Enjoy the serenity and history of Sedona as your guides takes you out into the back country. This is a Sedona escape that is truly ‘off the beaten path’.

Horseback Tours

Sedona Horseback Riding ~ Horseback Ride Only

Travel by air-conditioned van out to the stables, where you’ll enjoy a 1.5 hour ride (approx) along the banks of the Verde River. Ride in the shade of huge Cottonwood and Sycamore trees, and then cool off as your guide leads you across the river. Take in views of Mingus Mountain, Jerome, and Tuzigoot National Monument.   

Approximately 3 to3.5 hours (including transportation and saddle time)

Note: Children must be at least age 6 to ride. No experience is necessary as this is a walking trail ride. For safety reasons we do NOT allow doubling up on horseback.

Complete Western Experience - Lunch

Begin this experience with a 2 hour jeep tour on the Lil Rattler trail. This jeep trail combines fun four-wheeling with an exploration of some milder areas. Then head on out to the stables, where you will enjoy a 1.5 hour horseback ride along the banks of the Verde River. Relax as you ride under big Cottonwood and Sycamore trees, and then cross the river on horseback. Follow it up with a picnic lunch. (The lunch includes a sandwich of your choice ~ roastbeef, turkey or ham with American, Swiss or cheddar cheese, chips, cookies and drinks.)

This tour departs daily from Sedona at 9:00 a.m.
Approximately 6 hours long (including all transportation).

Complete Western Experience - Dinner

This tour starts off on the Lil Rattler jeep trail for a 2 hour ride. The trail boasts gorgeous views of the western canyons, and you’ll enjoy the combination of mild and wild four-wheeling as you navigate over the rocks. Then head out to the stables where you’ll ride on a 1.5 hour horseback ride along the banks of the Verde River. This ride is sure to keep you cool as you make your way on horseback under giant Sycamore and Cottonwood trees. After your ride, bring your appetite and your sense of humor as you head over to our western dinner and show. This show will keep you in stitches! Before dining, guests are encouraged to meander through an Old West courtyard laden with events that also entertained the early settlers. Visitors my indulge themselves in a lively game of horseshoes or try their skill in the shootin' gallery with a real Colt 45 (wax bullets; 6 shots for $4 bucks). Learn to rope with a mechanical horse and steer, or grin at family or friends from behind the bars of the local jail.

Belly up to the bar at the Copper Spur Saloon and quench your thirst as cowboys once did after a long ride on the dusty trails of Arizona. A clatter of footsteps can be heard on the wooden boardwalk that connects their four rustic western shops lining the courtyard. Suited in a fancy saloon attire, a dead-eye gunslinger, or a lacy Victorian regalia.... one may immortalize his or her frontier experience at the Old Time Photo Studio.

Your ticket includes free admission into the only one in the world, "Wood-n-West" Gallery. It's a must see during your Blaz'n M Ranch visit. The miniature movable Old West scenes created by a master carver, are sure to add a smile of awe. You can also view our Charmin' farm critters aboard our vintage tractor pull, and don't forget our mining camp (seasonal), complete with gold pannin', geode crackin' for the kids and kids-at-heart for $5.

When dinner bell rings, guests enter the climate-controlled dinner barn to feast in rustic splendor. Dinner is served on a tin plate and cup; our cowpokes will fill your plates with the best chicken and ribs in Arizona with all the fixins (beware of flying biscuits).

COWBOY SHOW: 7:30PM

After dinner... sit back, relax and enjoy the smooth harmonies and rip-roarin' comedy of the Blaz'n M Cow-folk. Authentic, award winning cowboy music with tall tales and tomfoolery full of side-splitting surprises, they'll keep you wanting more!

EXIT STAGE LEFT: 8:45PM

The western courtyard re-opens for photo opportunities, shopping and creating one last memory of your visit to the Blaz'n M Ranch.

Spiritual Tours

Learn what makes Sedona a spiritual Mecca in some of its most scenic areas. Your guide will discuss the Vortexes (energy spots), as well as how the Indians viewed the area (before the coming of the white man), and other local beliefs. This tour is mostly on pavement, along with some easy hiking. (Not recommended for children)

Wildlife Viewing

Explore our beautiful Red Rock country in search of Mule Deer, Coyotes, Javalina and even Mountain Lions. Our tour departures are designed to avoid the heat of the day and visit some of the secluded areas that these animals frequent.

Rock Art Expedition

Departure: The departure time for this tour varies depending on the daytime temperatures. In winter we will go anytime, in summer it is better to be near the sunrise or sunset.

Aliens, Bigfoots and Orbs

Sedona attracts many different types of visitors...but are they all from thisplanet? Join us as we “probe” into some of the controversial paranormal phenomenon that Sedona is so well known for. We’ll set out before sunset and travel into the “twilight zone” where anything can happen. Yes, this is a sunset tour, with a bit of a twist!

Photography Dream Tours

We offer 2  tours a day that focus on PHOTOGRAPHY. These tours will follow a similar itinerary as some of our daily tours, but will be catered specifically to photographers needs with an emphasis on stopping at locations with good photographic opportunities.

Mogollon Rim Photo Tour (morning departure time varies with sunrise) - The morning departure will ascend up Schnebly Hill Road through Bear Wallow Canyon. This area gets good morning light and was the location of many of the westerns filmed in the Sedona area. This tour is catered specifically to your photographic needs with stops for candid shots. Please call us to find out the departcher time on this 2 1/2 hour tour.
